HiDaStudio (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a private content-production and publishing tool operated by HiDa (“the Operator”). The Service produces original music-visualizer videos and short-form clips and publishes them to the Operator’s own connected social-media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is an internal automation tool. It does not offer accounts to the public, does not host or redistribute content submitted by third parties, and does not sell goods or services through the connected platforms. It publishes only the Operator’s own content to the Operator’s own accounts.
Access is limited to the Operator and its authorized personnel. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform (TikTok, Meta, and Google/YouTube), including any rules governing automated posting and content disclosure.
All videos, audio, artwork, captions, and metadata produced or published through the Service are owned by the Operator or its licensors. The Operator represents that it holds the necessary rights or licenses for the music and media it publishes and is solely responsible for the content it distributes.
The Service connects to third-party APIs, including the TikTok Content Posting API, the Meta Graph API, and the YouTube Data API. Use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or actions taken by those platforms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
